Abhishek Bhagat is an innovator and entrepreneur from rural Bihar. He invented an Automatic Cooking System “ROBOCOOK” when he was just 15 years old. This made him win an award from the then president Dr APJ Abdul Kalam in 2009. This innovation also entered his name in the Golden Book of World Records for his automatic food-making machine. He currently works as the Chief Technology Officer Desmania Innovation Labs (DIL) where he is innovating new products and systems by integrating design thinking and smart technologies. DIL works extensively with technocrats and grass root innovators to develop life changing products for various markets.
DIL also invented dayLii, an automatic chai machine that allows consumers to regulate the taste by altering its strength, sweetness and quantity of milk as per their preference at the click of a button letting out only compostable waste.This innovation was exhibited at International Railway Equipment Exhibition – IREE 2023 in Delhi.
