Chakshu is an expert on the rules and procedures of Parliament and its functioning. He heads the legislative and civic engagement initiatives at PRS. For over a decade, he has championed citizen involvement in India’s lawmaking. He trains journalists, supports civil society in engaging with legislatures, and helped create India’s first comprehensive state legislation database.
